Support that fits your plan
We start by getting to know you and what you want from your NDIS plan. Then we put support in place around it: in-home support, community access, capacity building, or sessions at Urban Buddy Farm.
We match you with a support worker who suits you, and we work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants.
Urban Buddy Farm
Escape to Urban Buddy Farm, a unique space designed to bring nature, relaxation, and therapy together. Located just outside Brisbane, our farm offers therapeutic activities like gardening, animal interactions, and outdoor experiences to support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
Whether it’s connecting with gentle animals, nurturing plants, or simply enjoying the calm surroundings, Urban Buddy Farm is all about helping you feel grounded, connected, and recharged. It’s a place where care meets nature, tailored just for you.
